- Visual catalog for easy access to information. Based on application-specific templates, the catalog can be easily personalized using our web GUI.
- Search for content by its name, attributes, categories or actual textual content.
- Automatic Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and full-text indexing on uploaded documents for flexible searching.
- Sharing & access control can be easily specified and managed visually.
- Secure email ensures that sensitive documents are never sent as unprotected attachments and enables you to easily track who views them.
- Upload content in a wide variety of formats including PDF, Microsoft Office, JPEG, MP3, TIFF and others.
- Comments can be appended to documents and shared.
- Version control enables control of spreadsheets and work-in-progress documents.
- Audit trail tracks every user interaction for full accountability.
- Sponsors can “skin” the GUI with their own brand and denote documents they provide.
