Nick Rosa, Co-Founder & Chairman and Chief Executtive Officer of Morgan Street
Nick is a Managing Director of Sandbox Industries. Nick is actively starting companies and is the co-founder of three start-ups. He was formerly President and CEO of NutraSweet Company, having led the buyout of NutraSweet from Monsanto Company in 2000. Mr. Rosa had previously been Senior Vice President of Monsanto and President of its Food and Nutrition Sector, a portfolio of businesses and five operating divisions, $2 billion in revenues and 3,000 employees worldwide.

Jonathan Weiss, Chief Financial Officer
Jonathan is a financial executive with over 15 years of experience, most recently as a Regional Chief Financial Officer for USI Insurance Services, a private-equity owned, insurance brokerage. Prior to his 10 years at USI, Jonathan served as a senior auditor for Arthur Andersen in the Consumer Products and Utilities sector. Jonathan earned a B.B.A. in Accounting at Emory University and has a CPA designation.

Glenn Shimkus, Vice President of Product Management and Development
Glenn is responsible for defining the Morgan Street product vision and overseeing product development. He has over 16 years of experience in the information technology industry, having held positions in product management, development, sales & marketing. Glenn has established himself as a thought leader not only in document management technology but also the associated cultural and process challenges that an organization faces in implementing such technology. Prior to joining Morgan Street, Glenn served as the head of knowledge/document management at Amdocs, divine interVentures, and PLATINUM technology. He also founded and was the CEO of LightsEdge, which developed an innovative document management application for Sales & Marketing personnel.

Kathryn Kleekamp, Vice President, Field Programs
Kathy has over fifteen years of experience in information technology ranging from software development and large-scale implementation of document management solutions to building and leading high-performing teams at entrepreneurial technology companies. Kathy joins Morgan Street from a Software-as-a-Service solution provider, Fieldglass, where she led a comprehensive marketing program. Prior to Fieldglass, Kathy directed the initiative for targeting specific document-intensive solutions at iManage and led sales operations at Saba Software focusing on learning and performance management. She began her career with Monsanto developing and implementing applications in regulated environments and led the enterprise document management initiative focusing on strategic company content worldwide.

Kelli Rhee, Vice President, Consumer Sales & Marketing
Kelli brings to Morgan Street a host of experience in consumer products development and marketing. Before joining the team, she led the launch of a venture-backed premium health beverage business while at Sandbox Industries, a Chicago-based incubator of new businesses. Prior to Sandbox, Kelli ran finance and operations at San Francisco-based Tea Collection, a brand of high-end children’s apparel. She began her career as a management consultant in Bain & Company Chicago’s office. At Bain, her client work was focused in the consumer products and retail sectors. Kelli holds a BA from Northwestern University, an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and an MA-Education from the Stanford University School of Education.

Carey Newsome, Sr. Director of Client Solutions and Compliance
Carey has been an IT professional in the Chicago area for the past 13 years. She has worked for Arthur Andersen, marchFirst (Whittman-Hart/US Web) and mid-market consulting companies servicing Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients. Her roles included program management for large complex initiatives, account management and solution delivery specializing in document and workflow management and process re-engineering. Her most recent role was as a Governance Program Lead at Blue Cross Blue Shield on a $200M+ legacy transformation project. She holds a Master’s Of Science in Information Systems and a BBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Alyssa Nimmer, Sr. Director of Archivist Operations
Alyssa joins Morgan Street Document Systems with a background in software consulting & client services. She previously worked with Accenture LLP for 8 years. As a project manager in their Consulting Practice, she designed & implemented software solutions for a variety of Fortune 500 companies. Prior to that, Alyssa worked at Monsanto Company where she provided technical support for the acrylonitrile manufacturing facility. Alyssa earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
