Nick Rosa, Co-Founder & Chairman and Chief Executtive Officer of Morgan Street
Nick is a Managing Director of Sandbox Industries. Nick is actively starting companies and is the co-founder of three start-ups. He was formerly President and CEO of NutraSweet Company, having led the buyout of NutraSweet from Monsanto Company in 2000. Mr. Rosa had previously been Senior Vice President of Monsanto and President of its Food and Nutrition Sector, a portfolio of businesses and five operating divisions, $2 billion in revenues and 3,000 employees worldwide.

Bob Shapiro, Co-Founder of Morgan Street
Bob is a Managing Director of Sandbox Industries. Bob has served as a board member, advisor, or angel investor to over twenty start-up or development stage companies. He was formerly Chairman of Pharmacia Corporation, and, before that, Chairman and CEO of Monsanto Company. He is currently a Director of the New York Stock Exchange and has served as a director of Citigroup, Rockwell International, and Silicon Graphics.

Joe Feldman, Managing Director of Sandbox Industries.
Joe has been involved in the start-up of Morgan Street Document Systems, Embodi, and A Fresh Squeeze, as well as several additional Sandbox-originated projects.  He previously served as Vice-President, Business Development, of Chromatin, Inc., a development-stage agricultural biotechnology company. Previously, he led commercial and business development for First Genetic Trust, Searle Pharmaceuticals, NutraSweet, and the Nutrition Sector of Monsanto Company. He severs on the board of CES Optical a development stage optical products designer and retailer.

Matt Downs, Managing Director of Sandbox Industries.
Matt served as the first Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Street Document Systems. At Morgan Street he was instrumental in refining the strategy, establishing the initial business development relationships, and expanding the management team. Matt formerly worked in venture capital for Highland Capital Partners, a Boston-based VC firm with over $2 billion under management. Prior to Highland, he worked at Morgan Stanley in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. He has a degree in economics from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Stanford University.
